AIZU DIRECTORY · AIZU EX

Privacy policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026

AIZU EX operates AIZU Directory, including the website and Android app. Both use the same member records and administrative service. For privacy questions, corrections or deletion requests, email support@aizuex.com.

What the service does

AIZU Directory is a read-only member directory and information dashboard. Visitors can search for a username, view recorded member and financial information, and read network news. AIZU EX administrators maintain these records. The app does not execute trades, accept deposits, initiate payments or withdrawals, or hold cryptocurrency private keys.

Information we handle

  • Member information: username, name, phone number, AIZU Pay identifier, profile photograph, gender, network group, membership role and co-founder status.
  • Recorded financial information: bot types and counts, investment amounts, monthly ROI figures, AIZU allocations and their status, and payout records including transaction identifiers, dates, amounts and payment status.
  • Search and technical information: usernames submitted in searches and ordinary web-request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps and error information, processed to deliver and protect the service.
  • Support and administration: contact details and information you send to support, administrator sign-in information and records of administrative changes.

Member records are supplied to and maintained by AIZU EX, rather than entered by public visitors through a registration form. Viewing the public directory does not require creating an account. Do not send passwords, private keys or full identity documents in an initial support email.

How information is used and displayed

We use this information to identify directory members, display the records associated with a username, maintain accurate records, respond to support requests, investigate problems and meet applicable legal obligations.

Directory profiles and associated records are publicly accessible through username searches and profile links. This includes the member details and financial records described above where they are present. AIZU EX obtains members’ consent to this publication. Public information may be copied by other people or indexed by search engines. Contact support to correct information, withdraw publication consent or request deletion.

Service providers and other disclosures

We use Vercel for website hosting, MongoDB Atlas for database hosting and Cloudinary for image storage and delivery. These providers process the information needed to provide their services. Our email provider processes messages sent to support. Public market-data services supply price information; those prices are not a record of an individual member’s cryptocurrency holdings.

Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or a valid legal request. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. The app does not include advertising or sell personal information.

Retention

Member and payment records do not currently have a fixed automatic deletion date. AIZU EX retains them for the directory and record-keeping service unless they are removed following a verified deletion request or are otherwise no longer needed.

When a member requests deletion, we delete their profile and associated personal and financial records unless keeping specific records is required by law. Where a legal retention obligation applies, we explain what must be retained and why, restrict its use to that purpose, and retain it for the required period. Retaining a record for a legal obligation does not require continuing to display it publicly.

Removing information from our service cannot remove copies that other people have independently saved. We can explain any applicable provider backup or log limitations when responding to a request.

Correction, consent and deletion requests

You can request correction of inaccurate information, withdraw consent to public display, or request deletion of your member record and associated data by emailing support@aizuex.com. Include your AIZU username and the action you are requesting. We verify that the request relates to your records before making changes and will contact you if additional information is needed.

Requests are handled by AIZU EX support. Uninstalling the app does not delete records held on the shared service. The same request applies to information shown on both the app and website. See Request data deletion for the steps and the types of records covered.

Security and device storage

The website and app connect to the service over HTTPS. Administrative functions require authentication. No security measure can eliminate every risk, so please report suspected unauthorized disclosure to our support address.

The app’s offline feature stores a generic connection-error screen, not a copy of member profiles, payments or market prices. The browser used to run the app may maintain its own cache and settings. The administration website uses a sign-in cookie. The app does not request access to your contacts, precise location, microphone or camera.

Age and changes to this policy

AIZU Directory is intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you believe a child’s information has been included, contact support so it can be reviewed.

We update this page when our data practices change and show the revision date above. Contact support@aizuex.com with questions about this policy.
